NYC’s Philippe Chow is one of my fave restaurants. Not only is the food spectacular but, unlike some restaurants, the bartenders don’t skimp on the drinks. So we headed over there last week to find out how they make the green goodness that is the “Pear-fection,” featuring new Asian liqueur blend TY KU.
